Position Overview

We are looking for outgoing individuals to work as a Bartender. This position will work on bar in the concession for games where alcohol is served, or may pick up shifts as a server to 10 private groups residing in box suites.

In addition to great wages, we offer an additional 14% in pay, per hour, in lieu of benefits; access to counselling; a staff facility pass which provides drop-in access to the weightroom, fitness classes, skating, pool, as well as the ability to play on our 9-hole golf course.

Job Duties and Accountabilities

• Ensures safe handling of beverages while maintaining cleanliness & excellent customer service.
• Bar setup, take down, clean up and all service.
• Handles cash in the prescribed manner.
• Follows Liquor Control and Licensing policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending & serving in a high-volume bar or lounge.
• Must be of legal age and possess a “Serving it Right” certificate.
• Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments, in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs on a regular basis, and 50lbs occasionally.
• A current/valid Food Safe certification is considered an asset.
