Position Overview

We're seeking energetic and outgoing Concession Attendants to work in The Q Centre Arena concession. This role provides great customer service, takes orders, ensures surrounding areas are clean, and assists with basic food preparation and kitchen services.

In addition to great wages, employees receive access to counselling, and a staff facility pass, which provides drop-in use of the weightroom, fitness classes, skating, the pool and our 9-hole golf course 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as work independently. 
• Experience with cash handling and completing cash outs.
• Experience with industrial kitchen equipment an asset.
• Experience in food preparation, safe handling of food, cleanliness, and kitchen safety is an asset.
• Successful completion of, or working towards, Food Safe certification is an asset.
• Serving it Right certificate is an asset.
• Any concession experience is an asset.
